Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to lead, mentor, and expand our team of solar sales professionals. Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Management: Inspire, manage, and support a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to capture new markets, maximize conversion rates, and drive revenue growth.
Team Training & Development: Collaborating with our coaching, training, mentoring team.
Performance Metrics Management: Monitor and analyze team performance metrics, using data to identify areas for improvement and success.
Customer Engagement: Maintain a customer-first approach, focusing on providing exceptional service and creating trust-based client relationships.
Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with marketing, operations, training and product teams to ensure alignment in delivering a seamless customer journey.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in solar energy, home improvement, or related fields.
Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, inspire, and grow a high-performing sales team.
Sales Acumen: Strong understanding of sales processes, CRM systems, and metrics-based performance management.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on coaching, motivating, and building relationships.
Strategic Mindset: Ability to develop and execute sales strategies to drive measurable outcomes.
